What I Do
I speak. I write. I collaborate.
I Collaborate.
I work with people who take evidence seriously. Research groups, institutions, and professional organisations building programs, conferences, and projects where rigour is the baseline, not the aspiration. The world does not need more noise. It needs better solutions. If the work is credible and the intention is genuine, I want to be part of it.

I Speak.
What does it mean to be human? Why do we do the things we do? Who are we, really, beneath the story we tell about ourselves? These are the questions worth asking and worth answering well. Evidence-based and clinically grounded, delivered through storytelling and metaphor that make even the most complex ideas resonate. This is certainly not just for the experts.
Send me your brief.
I Write.
I write because great science deserves a great audience. Whether the piece is headed for a journal or a general readership, the goal is the same: clarity, honesty, and ideas worth sitting with. Getting the science right and getting it to the people who need it are not competing obligations. Accessibility is not a compromise on rigour. It is the logical conclusion of it.
Sit, Read, Consider.
My Story
I am an Australian psychologist working in clinical practice. My work is evidence-based, structured, and focused on measurable change. I interpret human behaviour through a biopsychosocial lens: how biology, psychology, and social context interact to shape what we do and how we cope. Biology in the form of the bidirectional communication between brain and body; the neurochemical and endocrine signals, physiological responses, and autonomic nervous system states that govern far more of our behaviour than most of us realise. Psychology in the form of beliefs, emotion, learning history, and the construction of the self: who we understand ourselves to be, how that understanding was formed, and how it shapes every decision we make. Social context in the form of relationships, culture, and the systems we move through. This framework moves beyond surface explanations and supports interventions that are practical, targeted, and sustainable.
I speak, write, and collaborate because the need for psychological clarity extends well beyond the therapy room. The modern world is shifting rapidly and individuals and societies are reaching for better understanding of themselves, their emotions, their relationships, and the forces shaping behaviour. My aim is to bring rigorous, accessible insight into that conversation and offer something genuinely useful.
The thinkers I return to most share one instinct: pull back far enough and human behaviour begins to make a different kind of sense.
